Private Study, London

Made in Treske’s North Yorkshire workshop, installation in the client’s town house in Holland Park proved a challenge as the floor of quarter-sawn oak boards dished towards the centre of the period room.

Study for private client, London

Designer Lyn Le Grice

A fascinating project for Treske’s skilled craftsmen and women, the concept design for this shelving was based on the notion of African spears thrusting through planks of wood.

Ash and sapele, (stained to the client’s colours) were used and many prototypes of joints were tried before the final version was chosen.
