Handcrafted in fine English hardwoods, this tall, elegant storage piece offers a refined and space‑efficient solution for bedrooms, combining heritage‑driven design with modern functionality.
Design
The chest shares the Ayton range’s unique angular sub‑frame structure, originally developed by designer Mike McIntosh and now a defining feature of the collection. Its five drawers are crafted with clean lines and a natural hardwood finish, supported by a visually distinctive stretcher design that mirrors the curved, intersecting paths symbolising Yorkshire’s bridges, waterways and journeys. Timber options include European ash, oak or American walnut, all sourced from FSC‑certified suppliers, with a standard oiled finish and optional stains or finishes available.
