Justin is Treske’s Managing Director, bringing senior-level commercial leadership shaped by an MBA from Manchester Business School and experience across major organisations (including ICI Paints and Hilti Power Tools). Since joining Treske in 2000, Justin has led the evolution of the business across domestic furniture and kitchens—building award-winning standards and strategic manufacturing partnerships—while also expanding the contract offering into education, hospitality, and other institutional sectors.

John Gabler Principle Kitchen Designer

John leads kitchen and furniture sales with 25+ years of international design and delivery experience. Having trained and worked around the world, John brings a rare breadth of knowledge across fitted and freestanding design, technical detailing, and customer-led specification. Since joining Treske in 2016, John has applied that expertise to projects across the UK and globally, ensuring solutions are both design-led and rigorously deliverable.

Patrycja Tomaszuk Furniture Designer

Patricia is a furniture designer and salesperson specialising in freestanding furniture—bringing a strong blend of creative design capability and client-facing specification expertise. With a background in interior design and a focus on combining aesthetics with practicality, Patricia develops versatile, customisable pieces aligned to real client needs, materials, and current trends—helping clients make confident, well-informed design decisions.

Russel Clynch Sales Director

Russell is Treske’s Sales Director with a career rooted in craftsmanship and delivery: originally trained as a cabinet maker, with strong experience in Interior Design and Project Management. Since joining Treske in 2006, Russell has built extensive expertise in contract furniture and bespoke design, including specialist seating, soft furnishings, and integrated solutions such as motorised curtains and blinds—making Russell a trusted authority on specifying and delivering complex, high-quality interior packages.

Sarah Dodsworth Logistics Manager

Sarah Dodsworth supports the day-to-day operations that keep projects moving smoothly, with responsibilities spanning purchasing, health & safety, and delivery scheduling. With a practical, process-led approach, Sarah helps ensure materials and components are organised efficiently, compliance requirements are handled correctly, and deliveries are coordinated to align with production and project timelines—providing essential operational reliability behind Treske’s bespoke work.

Lucy Addyman Kitchen Designer

Lucy is a seasoned fitted furniture CAD designer with over a decade at Treske, combining deep product-design training (BA (Hons) Product Design) with hands-on cabinet-making experience. Having progressed through multiple roles across the business since 2012, Lucy brings broad, practical insight into how bespoke furniture is designed, specified, and delivered—translating client needs into precise, build-ready CAD solutions.

Sean Wheatley Project Manager

Overseeing every installation from workshop to completion, Shawn manages site operations, multi-trade coordination, and project timelines. He serves as the primary technical point of accountability, ensuring every bespoke joinery project is delivered on schedule and to exacting standards.

Mark Littlefair Operations Director

Mark is Operations Director with 40 years of experience spanning cabinet making, wood machining, CNC programming (3–5 axis), and 3D CAD. With decades of technical and production expertise, Mark is a cornerstone of Treske’s delivery capability—bridging traditional craft with modern manufacturing, and ensuring complex bespoke work is engineered efficiently, accurately, and to a consistently high standard.

Luke Harrison CAD Designer & Technician

Luke Harrison is a Production Technician who bridges the gap between early-stage design concepts and workshop manufacturing. Since graduating in 2022, Luke has built wide-ranging furniture industry experience across roles from junior cabinet maker to designer and draftsman, before joining Treske in December 2025. In production, Luke produces detailed technical drawings for the workshop, resolves challenging construction details, and programs components for CNC manufacture—helping translate design intent into accurate, efficient, high-quality making.

Lewis Jackson Designer

Lewis works on Treske’s church-focused projects, bringing a strong architectural foundation to heritage-sensitive design. With an architecture degree and experience in a practice specialising in heritage and conservation (as well as education-sector projects), Lewis offers expert capability across concept development through technical and detailed design—supporting thoughtful, durable solutions for complex and historically significant settings.

Karen Weston Accountant

Karen oversees all day-to-day accounting and financial management at Treske. Her focus on accuracy, fiscal control, and clear reporting helps keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes, providing essential support across all teams.

Sam Harrison Designer

Specialising in bespoke interiors for crematoria, churches, and educational environments, Sam Harrison provides a thoughtful, relationship-led approach to every project. His background across premium retail and traditional craftsmanship gives him a sharp eye for detail, quality materials, and practical design tailored to unique spaces.

George Chaytor-Norris Marketing Manager

George joined Treske in January 2026 to direct the brand’s overall marketing strategy. Drawing on years of senior marketing experience in the luxury automotive industry, an academic background in Art History, and professional expertise as a graphic designer, George unites strategic direction with visual storytelling. Inspired by a deep respect for craft and design, he works across all channels to share the distinction of Treske’s unique products and services.

Mike MacIntosh Design Consultant

Former Lead Designer and now Design Consultant for Treske, Mike McIntosh has been instrumental in shaping the company’s signature furniture style. His thoughtful approach to design is exemplified in the Design Guild Mark-winning Ayton Collection, where he turned practical spatial solutions into elegant, Mid-century inspired furniture. As a Design Consultant, Mike continues to lend his deep technical expertise and design vision to Treske’s ongoing collection development.
