Le Cochon Aveugle, York

Le Cochon Aveugle is a michelin star restaurant located in our local city of York. A red neon sign in the window makes this restaurant stand out on the rustic cobbled streets of its medieval setting. It is not often that you can go to a restaurant and not peek at the menu online beforehand, but at Le Cochon Aveugle, french for ''The Blind Pig'', this is essential to creating a unique, creative and frequently changing menu from day to day. 

Lead by a husband-and-wife team, the talented chef Joshua and Victoria Overington, who successfully runs the wine operation, Le Cochon Avenugle is garnering recognition for its impressive technique and playful creativity. It arrives at number 40 on the Hardens Top 100 UK restaurants, and is recommened by both Michelin and the Good Food Guide.
